Chicken Feet For Dogs

Updated: Oct 4

Our boy, Beauty, his teeth and breath, wasn't the best when we got him home. We tried a kelp powder for a while, which, unfortunately, he wouldn't eat even when added to his meat based diet. That's when we started brushing his teeth, a few times a week. Things started looking up, in terms of the breath and soon the frequency came down to once a week, since it did get a bit much, to jam up so much grooming in a day.

However, since we started feeding our boy, chicken feet for dogs, his teeth have turned whiter and his breath has significantly improved.

Chicken feet for dogs are basically a natural dental treats for dogs and the soft tiny bones make it one among the best chews for puppies too. Besides some tiny bones, chicken feet mostly consist of skin, connective tissue and cartilage and hence also considered among the safest dog chews for aggressive chewers. Chicken feet are also packed with glucosamine, which is one of the supplements prescribed for a dog's with arthritis and hip dysplasia and hence it is a top natural glucosamine chews for dogs.

We strongly recommend feeding your dogs chicken feet from puppyhood, if not as soon as you get them home for their dental hygiene.

Beauty is about 4.5 years old and weighs about 15kgs, with approximately 60-90 minutes of activity a day. We feed him 3-4 chicken feet on most days and he savours them.

And now... we too enjoy his kisses and licks!!
